How long will it take to get my package?
We process and pack orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4-6 days under standard circumstances.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or during peak sale seasons and public holidays.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major secure payment methods, including:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
- Net Banking (All major Indian banks supported)
Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Yes, we now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under ₹1,999.However, please note that our payment partner uses an automated AI system to decide which customers can see the COD option at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over it. If the COD option does not appear for you during checkout, it means the system has disabled it for that specific order. You can try using different mobile number.
Order & Returns
How do I track my order?
You can track your order in a few ways:
- On our Website: Visit the Order Tracking page (the link is also in the website footer under Quick Links).
- Via Communication: You will receive tracking details and a direct tracking link from our shipping partner via email and WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track the shipment directly on the courier partner's website.
How can I return a product?
We stand by the quality of our products. We offer returns or replacements strictly in the event of a damaged or defective item upon arrival.
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us an email at support@auraegems.com or message us on WhatsApp with:Your Order Number.Clear photos and a video of the damaged or defective product and the outer packaging.
- Our team will verify the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please Note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or defect (e.g., color preference, change of mind). All returns must be approved by our team first.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only if theyhave not been processed or shipped. Please contact us immediately (within a few hours of placing the order) via WhatsApp or email. Once a cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once a return or cancellation is approved, we initiate the refund process immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within5-7 business days.
Can I excahnge an item ?
We do not offer exchanges, as we provide a detailed size guide on every product page to assist you in making the correct selection before purchase. Please ensure you review these measurements carefully before placing your order.
